According to Psalm 103
Spend a day meditating on Psalm 103, digging deep into His attributes and the blessings found in this one chapter. It will refresh your soul and renew your strength as you praise Him, thank Him, declare His attributes, speak His blessings over your life, and pray through Psalm 103.
First let’s start by praising God for who He is:
Father God, I bless You, Lord, with all my soul and all that is within me.
I praise You, Lord; with my whole heart, I will always praise Your holy Name.
I bless You, O Lord, and I will not forget all Your benefits.
Now, Let’s Thank God for ALL of His Benefits mentioned:
1) Thank you for your complete Forgiveness: For You are the One who forgives all my iniquities. You have removed my sins as far from me as the east is from the west.
2) Thank you for your Healing: You are the One who heals all “my” diseases.
3) Thank you for your Redemption: You are the One who redeems my life from the pit of death.
4) Thank you for your Steadfast Love and Mercy: You are the One who crowns me with Your steadfast love and mercy.
5) Thank you for your Provision and Renewal: You are the One who satisfies my life with good things, so that my youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6) Thank you for your Righteousness and Justice: Lord, You give me righteousness and justice when I am treated unfairly.
7) Thank you for your Tender Compassionate Love and Mercy: O Lord, You are compassionate and merciful, slow to anger, and filled with unfailing love.
8) Thank you for your Merciful Judgment: Lord, You do not punish us for all our sins; You do not deal harshly with us as we deserve.
9) Thank you for your Faithful Love: Your unfailing love toward those who fear You is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth.
10) Thank you for your Fatherly Tenderness: Lord, You are like a father to Your children—tender and compassionate to those who reverently fear You. For You know how weak we are; You remember that we are only dust.
11) Thank you for your Eternal Love: But Your love, O Lord, remains forever with those who reverently fear You.
12) Thank you for your Salvation and Covenant Faithfulness: Your salvation extends to the children’s children of those who are faithful to Your covenant, of those who obey Your commandments.
Let all that I am praise You, O Lord! Yes, my Lord, You are worthy of ALL my praise and worship forever and ever!

Prayer:
Father God, I bless You, Lord, with all my soul and all that is within me. I praise You, Lord; with my whole heart, I will always praise Your holy Name. I bless You, O Lord, and I will not forget all Your benefits. For You are the One who forgives ALL my iniquities, and You are the One who heals all “my” diseases. These diseases do not belong to me, for You have not given them to me. Therefore, I renounce them and command them to return to the pit of hell where they belong. You are the One who redeems my life from the pit of death. You are the One who crowns me with Your steadfast love and mercy. You are the One who satisfies my life with good things, so that my youth is renewed like the eagle’s. Lord, You give me righteousness and justice when I am treated unfairly.
O Lord, You are compassionate and merciful, slow to anger and filled with unfailing love. Lord, You do not punish us for all our sins or deal harshly with us as we deserve. Lord, Your unfailing love toward those who fear You is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth. You have removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west.
Lord, You are like a father to Your children—tender and compassionate to those who reverently fear You. For You know how weak we are; You remember that we are only dust. Our days on earth are like grass; like wildflowers, we bloom and die. The wind blows, and we are gone, as though we had never been here. But Your love, O Lord, remains forever with those who reverently fear You.
Your salvation extends to my children’s children because I am faithful to Your covenant and obey Your commandments. Lord, You have made the heavens Your throne; from there You rule over everything. You are praised by Your angels, mighty ones who carry out Your plans and listen for each of Your commands. They are your angels and mighty ones who carry out your plans, listening for each of your commands. Yes, praise the Lord, you armies of angels who serve Him and do His will! Praise the Lord, everything He has created, everything in all His kingdom. Let all that I am praise you oh Lord! Yes, my Lord, You are worthy of ALL our praise and worship forever and ever! Amen and Amen!
